Technical Intern Training (Ginou Jisshu)
The 'Technical Intern Training Program' is a system for foreigners who enter Japan without taking any language or skill tests, and learn skills and languages through three years of technical intern training.
We provide trainees who just entered Japan with Japanese language and cultural training, as well as dormitory and other lifestyle support, before sending them off to their respective places of assignments.
Specified Skilled Worker (Tokutei Ginou)
The "Specified Skilled Worker Program" is a system to accept foreigners who are ready to work immediately using the skill that they polished with skill training for up to five years.
While technical intern training program offers more job types and industries, specified skills program requires specialization, so the types of jobs available are limited.
We will support you in building long-term, good relationships between host companies and foreign employees by implementing support plans on behalf of the host company.
