We will support you with easy-to-understand explanations of where to evacuate and what to do in the event of a disaster.

We provide information on opportunities for interaction with local residents, such as community associations, and events such as local festivals.
Accompaniment to Public Procedures
If necessary, we will accompany you to procedures such as residence, social security, taxes, etc., and assist with document preparation.
Bank Account Establishment, Mobile Phone Contract, etc.
We will help you with contracts necessary for daily life, such as opening a bank account and contracting for a mobile phone.
Daily Life Orientation
We will teach you Japanese rules and manners, so that you can live a smooth social life. We will also teach you how to use public institutions.
Workers Rental Property Contract
We will also take care of the joint guarantor required at the time of the rental contract. Even if your company does not have company housing, both parties can enjoy the training period with peace of mind.
Consultations and complaints
We recieve and explain consultations and complaints about the workplace and daily life in a language that the specified skilled workers can understand, and provides necessary advice and guidance depend on the content.
Transportation when Entering and Leaving Japan
We will pick you up at the airport and take you to your office or residence when you enter the country.
Similarly, when you return to your home country, we will transport you and accompany you to the airport security checkpoint.
2. Japanese Language and Culture Learning
In addition to learning Japanese, we provide technical intern trainees and foreigners with instructions on how to live in Japan, such as how to dispose trash and how to do cleaning.
